Town Square is best explored by car or ride-hailing apps like Uber and Careem.
The community connects easily to Al Qudra Road, E611 and E311, making it convenient to reach Dubai’s main attractions.
Supermarkets, cafés, parks and sports facilities are all within a 5–10 minute walk.
Public buses operate in the area, while the nearest metro stations are 20–30 minutes away by car.

1. Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
All primary guests must sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist before check-in. A refundable security deposit is also required after booking and prior to arrival. The deposit amount depends on the length of stay:

• 2–7 nights: AED 1,000
• 8–28 nights: AED 1,500
• Over 28 nights: AED 2,000

The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. For full transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are available in the listing.


2. Guest Registration
For building registration, copies of passports for all staying guests must be submitted prior to arrival.


3. Starter Pack & Essentials
A complimentary starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience upon arrival. Please note that cooking condiments, cleaning supplies, and additional toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend arranging these items as needed during your stay.


4. Construction Notice
As Dubai is a rapidly growing city, construction or renovations may take place within the community or building. While we strive to ensure a pleasant stay, occasional noise or disruptions may occur.


5. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times apply. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Requests for late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance through your booking agent.


6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of AED 2,000 will be charged for violations. Smoking is only permitted on balconies, where available.


7. Access & Parking Cards
A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost access or parking cards.


8. Building Amenities
Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and other shared facilities are managed by the building management. Availability is subject to maintenance schedules or temporary closures, which may occur without prior notice. While we provide the most accurate information possible, these facilities are outside our direct control and cannot be guaranteed at all times.


- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
