Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
All primary guests must sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist before check-in. A refundable security deposit is also required after booking and prior to arrival. The deposit amount depends on the length of stay:
• 2–7 nights: AED 1500
• 8–28 nights: AED 2000
• Over 28 nights: AED 2500
